- Thinking of setting up a film society, pop up screening, or community cinema in your area?
- Already running one, but want to find out what support is available?
- Want to share ideas and experiences with similar groups?
Cinema for All – the British Federation of Film Societies (BFFS) is hosting a series of roadshows across the country to provide information, advice and encouragement to those already running film societies, pop up screenings and community cinemas, as well as those thinking about setting one up.
This first roadshow, in partnership with Scala Beyond, will be jam-packed with advice, support and invaluable tips to help you get started or develop what you’re already doing. We’ll also help you strengthen your links to each other and offer advice on how to set up peer-to-peer networks.
Interested? Come and join us at the Roxy Bar and Screen on 4 December from 1-4pm to hear from community cinema experts from BFFS, Scala Beyond and Cinefund, as well as those already running successful film societies and pop up screenings.
This session is free to all, but please register for a pass.
